I had also ordered scrub hats over a year ago and have tried numeriously to return/exchange my purchaces. I was told to e-mail my exchange options after multiple, multiple e-mails asking for help! I have not recieved my "exchange" hats yet and it has been over 3 months! I have also not recieved an answer to this delay after more multiple e-mails with NO response! I would not reccomend this website at all!
When there are issues with delivery we take a prompt action to track the package through the postal service and provide all information to our customers. We then recommend that the customer check with their local post office to see if they happen to have the package and if it has been lost during transit we ship a replacement package, free of charge, and with a signature required for delivery. In some instances we are unable to offer the exact same products as originally ordered as our inventory sells out quickly, but we have the customer choose the same quantity of items and ship them at no cost to our customers.
