Add me to the list of people who have been burned by Kimberley Larson of KimKaps! She never sent my order, but tried to claim she did send it. When called on it, she made up a story about the fabric being delayed, and said she would be happy to give me a refund instead. But two months later, I'm still trying to get the refund! Stay far, far away from this one! She took my money, and has given me nothing but weeks of frustration in return!

I would like to say I just love my surgical caps from Kimcaps.
The fabrics are great quality and wash really well.
I also have so many people give positive comments on them.

I bought an embroidered cap for my surgical mentor, and in less than a week, the cap arrived exactly as I had pictured. Would definitely order again.

Add me to the list of people who have been burned by Kimberley Larson of KimKaps! She never sent my order, but tried to claim she did send it. I ordered on 3/1 & received on 3/6. Love the product & customer service. I will be ordering more. Just wish all styles (2,4, & 6) came in basic solids like black. Love, Love, LOVE! I've already told everyone about them & i will be ordering these for gifts!

Wow. I just have to say that my experience with kimscaps.com doesn't mirror the majority on this website at all. All I can say is that on the afternoon of Friday January 7,2014 I placed my order for two caps (not the original three I had in my cart as this site scared me to only try my luck with two) upon arriving home on Thursday January 13,2014 my wonderful caps with in my mailbox waiting for me to stun the OR with their beauty. Perhaps things have changed, I don't know, all I know is my dealings with this company were awesome. Thanks. Deb

Beware! Poor customer service. I ordered 3 caps about four weeks ago and never received my order. I emailed an informed her. I requested a refund and still haven't gotten my money back. I've called and she doesn't answer the phone. Do not order from kimcaps because it's a ripoff company. I filled a dispute with my bank and they are handling it now. I'm going to report them to the BBB.

I have been ordering from this company for several YEARS and have yet to have less than a 5 star experience. KimKaps offers a quality product at a reasonable price! I am a traveling nurse so my orders have been shipped all over the U.S. And I have never had an issue.

Cap came so quickly... for a second I thought it must have been something else I ordered. Everyone where I work love Kim caps. To me all of these negative comments seem like a planned attack... perhaps by a competitor?

Whoa, whoa, whoa. I saw this site's rating on google and just HAD to stop and put my 2 cents in. I've been buying kimkaps for almost 3 years now (and she's right every time -I do look so cute!) and I have NEVER had an issue with an order. My caps are always beautiful, shipping is ridiculously fast, and the one time I had a question and contacted them, I got a response that was both helpful and quick. This site is not a scam and it is absolutely worth $13.95 to find out for yourself that these are the best darn caps the internet has to offer.

I returned to caps to this company last year because my hospital changed rules on cloth caps right after I received them. Kim said not a problem, just send them back and we will refund you. I have repeatedly e-mailed. Called and texted to get a refund. After a year, no refund and not answer to my calls, emails or texts. BUYER BEWARE!

Wait a minute! I just saw this and have to say something. I have been ordering from kimkaps.com for more than 3 years. They ship super fast always best quality and cute.

I ordered from kimkaps on a Wednesday and I had my order delivered the following Wednesday. Before they arrived I E mailed them a question and was promptly replied to. I was very impressed with their selection and the quality of the kimkaps. I live in Canada and I would certainly order from them again.

I am also really surprised by the negative reviews on this website. I never wore anything but blue bouffants until recently when I started at a new workplace where everyone wears fun scrub caps. In my workplace most people wear blue sky, but I thought their prices seemed high. One coworker was wearing a KimKap which looked cute, so I checked out the website. With lower prices and free shipping I was willing to try it out. The cap came in 2 days! I liked it so much I've ordered another 4 caps (3 separate orders -- with free shipping, there are no obstacles to order when the whim hits you!). Shipping was fast every time. There was one order mixup when they sent me the wrong style -- Kim herself answered the phone when I called and I also got an email reply within 12h. They sent the correct cap immediately, said to keep the one they sent by mistake, and even included another free cap as a bonus! If that isn't incredible customer service I don't know what is. Very happy and will continue to order from them whenever cute new fabrics come out.

As far as the caps themselves -- they are well constructed and comfortable. My favorite caps are the ones with a contrast fabric. I can wear style 4 and 8 with my back length hair in a bun and style 6 with my hair in a low bun. I've washed them in a laundry machine several times without any problems.

Came across this company when I noticed how cute my coworker's KimKaps were & I LOVE them! So many fun patterns and the quality is exceptional. My 2nd order was lost in the mail and KimKaps went above and beyond by replacing the items. Thanks KimKaps!

I shipped fabric to this company to have them make custom caps. I had my package delivered to them with tracking by USPS. It has been a week since it was delivered by USPS. They have no record of receiving the package and despite 2 emails to them, they have not responded except to say they haven't received the fabric. At least they haven't cashed the check that was included in the package.

If I could give less than one star I would! Over two months since I placed my order and still nothing. I've exchanged several emails over the last two months and I keep getting lied to about my order shipping. They've had $110 of my money since September 20! Horrible customer service and I feel like I've been scammed at this point-don't know if I'll ever get my stuff or my money back! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

I have been waiting since February for my refund of $84. I have been given the run around and no one will contact me back about this. I have called, texted, and emailed about this since February! No one will answer my recent emails or even answer the phone. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I placed an order 3/11/13 and never received my order and have been waiting for a response from them. I have called numerous times and texted them as well. They have blocked me from placing comments on Facebook because they don't want people to know the truth that they are a scam of a company

I have not gotten my 120 dollars worth of product... I have treid to text, email and facebook this company with no response! I ordered on Feb 23 and the tracking number will not even track my package! I feel frauded! This is ridiculous and I am going to call the BBB abd report this to Paypay!

They have terrible customer service. I requested exchange a surgical cap I got, and Kim told me to send her txt that mentioned my name and the one that I want to exchange. Since then, she've never sent me the one I want. I called her two phone number every week to get exchange process going. But, never gotten hold of her. One month later since I contacted Kim first time, I decided to contact paypal to get refund due to they never called me back and never sent me the exchanged one I requested. I don't think I've never purchased any product from Kim and neither of my co-worker. I won't recommend anybody this company. Very unprofessional.

I had also ordered scrub hats over a year ago and have tried numeriously to return/exchange my purchaces. I was told to e-mail my exchange options after multiple, multiple e-mails asking for help! I have not recieved my "exchange" hats yet and it has been over 3 months! I have also not recieved an answer to this delay after more multiple e-mails with NO response! I would not reccomend this website at all!

I have emailed kimkaps.com website repeated to get help with my order not arriving for over 2 months now & would like a refund. They never responded & no refund. NEVER order from kimkaps.com - they have NO customer service.

KimKaps began when a surgical nurse was tired of the dreary and plain disposable scrub caps required in the OR. Determined to find a functional and adorable solution, Kim set out making fun and cheery scrub caps from 100% cotton fabrics. When she wore them to work, everyone wanted to know just where she got them and where they could get their own. Kim began making them for coworkers and KimKaps began.
