I bought a chair online and they billed my credit card three times for it, busted my credit limit by the same time which ends up making me pay fees. They say its normal but its not. No other company ever does this. This is definitely an illegal practice. I will never shop at Best Buy ever again.

The first order I ever cancel. I cancel it literally seconds after issuing it since I saw that the adress was wrong. Then they charge me almost full price although their terms clearly says that they issue a full refund on the first order you cancel if you do it within 5 minutes of issuing it. So they are full of crap and not even upholding their own terms. After reaching out to them more then once they still don't uphold their own terms. I will never order with uber eats again.

I chose to skip a week of meals. I was then charged for that week and the costummer service won't help. Also, for some reason they don't communicate via email but only by phone so you can't have written proof later on...
