It's kind of sad when a company doesn't even care about their customers. I've reached out multiple different times for an issue with my most recent order and have gotten radio silence. I purchased 3 different scrubs sets where 1 of the 3 sets did not match. The top was way lighter than the bottoms even though the website paired them as a match. They wanted $8.99 to return the top which was half the price of it since it was bought during the nurses week sale and then the sale was also over by the time I received the package so I couldn't even buy a different top to match the bottoms on sale. I just want this issue resolved.

We are happy to inform you that we found your order and the email you sent to us; we truly apologize for not receiving a response in a timely manner, but it seems that the email you sent did not reach our customer service department. We were able to confirm that the garments purchased are not a set, and the top and bottom are from different brands. When purchasing items, it is always advisable to shop from the same brand and collection to make sure the colors and fabric match 100%. Our website has the feature “May We Suggest” which shows other styles and brands based on your search, but this does not mean that if purchased, the colors will match.
We want you to have a great experience with Uniform Advantage and for that reason, we will waive the return label fee. Please go ahead and initiate the return online using your order number and email address; select the top you would like to return, drop off location, review, and submit. You will see a charge in the return process, but don’t worry, I have added a note to your account to waive the return label once we receive the garment in our warehouse.
