Where's the zero star rating? I placed and paid for an order with my card on 22nd October. Today, I received an email saying I placed another order and need to pay again with a bank transfer. I tried calling, but the phone said no one is available and it hung up. I went onto the chat, where you can only talk to sales people by requesting a quote. I went ahead with this, and the person I spoke to didn't appear to understand anything and out of the blue said I spoke to them. When I said I didn't he asked me if I'm someone, by providing me with someone else's email address. I was not that person, and previously provided my email address and two order numbers which I went back to check were correctly typed. Now I was left with one of their customer's email address and no further clarification of where my order is. Eventually, I was told that the items I ordered were out of stock. No one told me about this, and only 2-3 weeks later, they decided to replace the order with a new one for different, cheaper items, which is why I received the email. At no point did anyone tell me that the items were out of stock, nor did anyone communicate with me what they are doing. Instead, they decided to proceed with cheaper items, request another payment, and expect for me to wait another 3-4 weeks for delivery... I requested a refund as I did not wish to deal with this company, but instead, they sent me an order confirmation email stating that the order is now in production with the items that I didn't want and didn't approve. My search for a quality and reliable supplier has failed, and I only wish I saw the other scathing reviews before being lured into the simplicity and appeal of their website.
