I ordered a bouquet of roses for Mother's Day in 2021. I was told I will be informed via text regarding its confirmation but I didn't receive any so I called and messaged several times but no one replied. After several calls, messages and mail I was informed via mail that they are unable to do same day delivery and will deliver after few days. When few days passed and there was no delivery I called and messaged again and was informed that they couldn't deliver and want to reschedule. I rescheduled it again for a friend's birthday several days later. After reminding several times before the delivery date they said it will be delivered. But again they didn't deliver on the day. I informed that my friend has left to another city but they still delivered next day and that to wrong product.
So after so many messages, calls and mails, they don't cancel your order even if they are failing to deliver. They don't respond back even as courtesy. They keep dodging your calls and messages and ultimately deliver a wrong product and on wrong time. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of red roses and they delivered mixed mediocre flower bouquet.
This was the worst experience. Even in lockdown people are either refusing orders, or informing of late delivery or delivering on time but they just take your money and treat you like $#*!.
Not recommended.
