DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THEM! THEY AND THEIR LAWYERS WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH A SUBPAR HOME WITH PROBLEMS! They and their lawyers purposely caused all sorts of delays on the day of closing of our purchase. They were rude and difficult to deal with. They installed cupboards in a crooked manner with doors that didn't line up and didn't close properly and they just said "oh, that's normal". They refused to fix any problems. They refused to properly honour their commitment of reimbursing us for a FULL year's condo fees (they reimbursed us for less than the actual amount of a full year's condo fees). They also STOLE $24,000.00 from us because they did not properly credit us the HST rebate. The law clerk just said "I've been doing this for 40 years - that's how it's always been done". But the math did not add up and they essentially stole $24,000.00 from us. They are absolutely awful and you should NOT buy a home from them. They do not act with integrity and do not build homes in an ethical or trustworthy manner.

They are absolutely horrible to deal with. They do not respond to E-mails and are so condescending and rude. They treat you like you are dumb and they are better than you. There is no communication during the transaction and then they turn around and blame the customer for being difficult for following up. I couldn't even get keys on time and was out of pocket for paying delivery truck drivers by the hour. They manipulate and twist words. They GASLIGHT and BULLY. They are so high on themselves and think they are god's gift to the world. They do not explain anything and charge exorbitant fees. Do not bother - they do not value your business and you will be out of pocket way too much money for absolutely unprofessional lawyers and staff.

What a horrible, condescending law office. The lawyer, Meredith, is such a vile $#*!. She is rude and demanding. She overcharges for everything and when you ask a question she treats you like you are a second-rate citizen with no knowledge of English. She talks down to you and doesn't explain anything. This was the worst experience I have had with a lawyer in a long time. She's horrible. Go anywhere else but to her.

Do NOT get a mortgage from this company. They claim they only handle high-end builder transactions and I had a large development project to complete and went to them for financing. The mortgage broker said all the right things and convinced me that this would be a worthwhile opportunity. The only people who gained anything from this opportunity was them. Their lawyers took 3 additional weeks to complete the transaction, but the lenders started charging interest right away. The law firm they used was completed incompetent, yet charged 3x what my lawyer charged to do all of their work. Their law clerk was so incompetent and unprofessional and caused me to lose more money as a result of their incompetence. I regret ever going to them and would recommend staying far, far away from them. Unless you like having someone steal money from you.

It is truly unfortunate and disheartening that they do not stand behind their work. I had a tattoo done and, after leaving a message with the shop, no one ever responded. I realize that I am not someone who gets large, full-body tattoos and have yet to spend thousands of dollars on tattoos; but, you would think that, as a tattoo artist, the artwork you put on others is your form of business card and the way you treat all clients is the way you get repeat clients and repeat business. Customer service should be at the forefront of these types of businesses. Not only did the tattoo artist rush through the tattoo like I was just some chore to get through, the fact that he won't even stand behind his work and touch up a couple of spots where there is clearly ink missing, is truly unfortunate. Such a lack of customer service and attention to detail is truly disheartening. I would not recommend going to this shop. There are other tattoo artists that will stand by their work. Beware of any tattoo artist who does not stand behind their work and ensure the customer is happy.

This company is absolutely abhorrent. DO NOT HOST YOUR DOMAIN OR E-MAIL THROUGH THEM. They are cheap; but you get what you pay for. You risk E-mails not being received by recipients. Their E-mail domain regularly gets blacklisted. Their customer service will not take responsibility for anything. They take days to respond to inquiries. They also knowingly provide false information just to try to get you to spend more money on their company. If you value your business and your personal domain/E-mail, DO NOT use this company.

TD is by far the most fraudulent bank in North America. They have the most unscrupulous business practices. They CHARGE HIDDEN FEES. They lie about the accounts and then charge customers after they have their business. The business advisors are fraudulent and engage in such practices that it is akin to theft; however, because they are a large bank, they can get away with it. Their staff are all corrupt. Beware especially of the small business advisors. They find ways to lure you in and then start charging hidden fees without the customer's consent. Be careful about placing your money in any account with TD - they will steal it all in a sneaky and unscrupulous manner without care or concern.

This builder is the worst builder in all of Waterloo Region, if not the Province of Ontario. They have no integrity and they lie at every stage of the transaction. In one home they built, they hooked up TWO cold water taps to the shower in the master bedroom ensuite bathroom. They never get the home built in time for the closing date. Their lawyer is a bully and will force the buyer to accept whatever they do and say. Their homes are made with cheap materials. Leaks have been known to occur in homes they build within the first year of occupancy. You won't be buying your dream home if you buy from them - you will be buying your nightmare home.

Yellow Pages is the worst company to use for advertising and marketing. They do not follow any ethical business practices and do not follow through on the advertising they say they will do. They misspelled my business name from the beginning but never fixed it, despite promising several times that it had been fixed. They constantly penalized me for "late" payments when I paid my invoices as soon as I received them. The mail strike caused problems and I was penalized. They continue to penalize me for "late" payments. Awful company. Don't get involved with them. There are much better marketing and advertising tools to spend your money on. No one reads Yellow Pages or uses them anymore anyway.

I received a cold call from a sales representative (Matthew) and he was rude right from the beginning. He said the "presentation" would take 20 minutes - it took over an hour. I had to leave because a client arrived and he still tried to keep the conversation going (and therefore keep me from actual business). When we set up a date and time to finish the call, he didn't call as planned but called at the end of the day. When I told him I didn't have time to talk because I was in the middle of work he hung up on me. :O His E-mail address never worked so I couldn't even get ahold of him for follow-up questions from the initial phone call. He did not treat me with any kind of respect throughout the process. He was combative in all of our correspondence.
