Ordered 2 pillows for my nephews for Xmas on Dec 6. STILL waiting for it. Have tried to cancel and get a refund but only offering me 15%. TERRIBLE customer service. I will now be working with my credit card to dispute the charge.

Tip for consumers:
Don't do business w/ them. Plenty of other companies that do the same thing
