The average wait time for your order to be filled is a month and that does not include the week or so it takes them to ship it out after they prepare it. Then you wait another week for it to be delivered. They do not provide tracking for your shipment although it states online they email customers with tracking info. In fact, Jackie's doesn't email their customers with any updates or order confirmations that I'm aware of. Their "customer service" is foreign outsourced and they are unable to provide information about anything. In short, they are completely useless. If you are lucky, eventually you will receive your candy, usually after you've forgotten you ordered it. To be fair, most of their products are good if you can overlook their horrendous business practices. Few people need chocolates that badly. One final note, they have great customer ratings on their site because they delete negative comments.
