Ordered two cute fall pieces. Over 2 weeks to ship (was in "processing" for that long), attempted an email to inquire, no response, then a "chat" (which wasn't a chat as it took more than 20 minutes for 4 exchanges). I was told it can take up to 3 weeks to ship an item, then another 7-10 days to receive... really? There are WAY too many other reputable, efficient, customer-service based companies with products similar to this to waste your time or money.
