I called to make a balance transfer and kept getting redirected after getting transferred multiple times I was disconnected and then received 8-10 spam calls on my phone. It seemed like the customer service was coming from India because all 7 people I spoke to have the accent. Don't know why no one can help me. This has been deeply disturbing, knowing that I am giving my information with no results to a foreign land. Something isn't right

I think if people try to use this site, no explanation will be needed..

I have a credit card that was sold to Barclays. So, I never purchased anything from them, just needed customer service help about a payment I wanted to make.
