I loved the parcel and was given plenty of information about the delivery - except tracking. That would have been nice but I'm thoroughly satisfied.

Thanks for the review Kat, the website offers Free Shipping which is a Royal Mail Non-tracked service. If we used Tracking we would have to pass this cost onto the customer which our previous feedback tells us is not what people want. We will add a tracked service at additional cost if you think this would be valuable to some customers? Best regards CS
