Broken Hoover - replies seem to be computer generated as make no sense
Hoover broke within warranty, sent to be fixed - delivery at my cost. Returned without word. Postage not refunded as per their contract. Hoover was not fixed. I have now spent la year trying to get them to respond with anything worthwhile. Each reply is more or less this: We are sorry to hear this, once we have these details...
They never reply when I ask which details but they have EVERY piece of information they could ever need.
The hoover has been broken for a year now.
