I purchase two chests for a decorating project. No sooner than I placed the order, my AmEx was charged. However, I did not receive an invoice or any notification of when the items would be shipped. I tried to log into the website, and it would not let me. I did write to customer service and got a response from Katrina telling me she would look into it. I explained that I did need an email confirmation and receipt. She said I should log onto the website... I had already explained that the site would not let me log in. I decided to cancel the order as I'm now very leery of doing business with this company I called customer service and was unable to talk with anyone. Finally, after four emails and the inability to talk to anyone, I called AmEx talked with a manager, and explained the situation. AmEx is holding my payment as a dispute. I'm thoroughly done with Wisteria. I had never purchased anything before and will never again. Please beware.

We checked our systems and verified that the order confirmation and the receipt were sent on the same date the order was placed. Unfortunately, sometimes the confirmation email lands in the Social/Spam Folder. That may be the reason you did not see it. I see you have received the full refund.
