I ordered an umbrella from this company on March 17th, 2021. On March 22nd I received an email stating that my order had shipped. After one week of not seeing any tracking information even though I was given a tracking number I called and was told that the reason there was no tracking number was that they had run out of the item. At no point during my ordering process was I ever told these were out of stock or I would have gone elsewhere. I was assured that the item would ship out this week. I sent an email to the company expressing my displeasure with the situation and nobody ever answered me. Today, March 31st, I receive a very short and clipped email that simply says "We are currently out of stock it will ship on the second week of April". So apparently the person I talked to on the phone lied when she said it would go out this week. I am so disgusted with this company. I DO NOT recommend anyone deal with them. I will be surprised if I EVER receive my item.
