“Fixed my comp, but not great phone service”

I am very happy with the way they fixed my computer and how quick it was! But the first person I spoke to over the phone was condescending and kept trying me to buy a more expensive version of the product.

I purchased Reimage today and when I tried to activate it i had to call to have it activated....
