I asked complete case to immediately cancel my account and refund my money they totally disregarded my request and charged me for a service that was not rendered in any way or form. I continue to contact them and was told I got a refund from them so requested information about a refund they said they sent…. Lie Lie Lie they did not send as it's not in the bank account information about it. The banker searched all records. I have all the emails stating I requested the immediate cancellation. These are THIEVES! Refund me my Money!
Tip for consumers:
I did not receive any refund there is no receipt of it or any records of it my bank. My account is overdrawn because of this and I’m so upset about this. I have never had my account been overdrawn yet !
