Really having a hard time with this service. I have been cancelled and rescheduled on so many times (not by my request) and my grass has become so overgrown because of their unreliability. They usually auto-schedule your next service two weeks after a completed service, and whenever my next service date comes around, the crew almost always cancels and reschedules. At one point, they stuck me with a long grass fee because the grass got so overgrown--I didn't find out until after the technician left. I tipped him, gave him a great review, and then found out they charged me the fee which put me at a total cost of $100 for that one service (I disputed it with them and they did refund the long grass fee after a couple days). I also posted a good review on NextDoor with hopes of getting the $20 credit they advertised, and that didn't happen. I need to move on to a different service. Pic of service history attached.
