Back in Feb I and my friend both ordered Little Giant ladders, which we never received. Of course, the seller (whose business name beyond the individual seller's supposed address), *******@163.com took our money, and even sent a shipping notice! Well, when we looked closer, the shipments went to some address out in the midwest, not us...
When we sent notes to complain, they went unanswered, of course, as scammers do... so our assumption is these jerks figured out how to send the ladders the the same (not us) address where they receive the products again themselves, or just fabricated the shipping notices... either way, scammer behavior.
Tip for consumers:
as we don't have a site, just look for Dorothy ...and avoid...

Back in Feb. I made the mistake of ordering a faucet extension from a business advertised on Pinterest, which has become the HOME of SCAMMERS. Despite not receiving the product, I've been lied to numerous times about why, and when I can expect a refund. They keep changing their story and blaming others, including me, for not receiving their product. Let me suggest that you avoid these guys... I have all the notes/documentation reflecting their lies and ever-changing story... Of course, Pinterest doesn't care that they have scammers on their site, (I contacted them too) so, I will no longer buy ANY product I see advertised on Pinterest either... I have gotten nastier and nastier with UpGoodss as the weeks/months dragged on. Aren't YOU tired of getting ripped-off by online scammers? It's not the 15.00, it the fact that low life POS people do this because they know their will be no repercussions.
Tip for consumers:
Don't order from these low lifes, and look VERY carefully before you order from Pinterest advertised sites

My update... As others have included their automated response emails from SCAMRICO, I won't again... I already included a picture of their product which disintegrated on 1st use.
The asses hide behind what it turns out is a French company, with numerous "cutouts" making it impossible to get to anyone... Again, another Pinterest advertised company, SCAMRICO, they should be considered the worst of the worst, as they delay and delay and then tell you the time has passed for them to do anything... They truly suck as human beings and as a business.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, SCAMRICO !!!!!!! (aka Sanrico)

I never got a refund or replacement offer, and, given the bit disintegrated in my face, I would not trust any of SCAMRICOs products.
Sold me their 39.00 bits which DISINTEGRATED on 1st use. Not cutting thru rebar, but through sheet steel... An then began ignoring correspondence to refund when I got irate after they lied about follow-ups... TYPICAL SCAMMER behavior... not to mention it showed-up from some guy named LEE in Jamaica, NY... THAT shoulda been a dead giveaway they aren't what they say in terms of satisfaction and quality.
