Placed 2 orders, both were cancelled without letting me know and only got refunded for one. When I tried to call, no one could give me any answers. This is the worst company ever. Customer service is awful. Can't believe they are affiliated to Dooney. I won't be buying any Dooney bags ever. I am having to dispute the charge on my credit card.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. Customer service is awful and they will not honor your purchase or refund money when justified.
