Tried to sogn into one of my 5 Chase accounts on line. I only get connected to start a new account site. When I type in my password nothing happens. Prove why you deserve to be a bank. Support is less than one star. Major USAF. You are closely approaching B of A in terms of competency.

I ordered one item and Miles Kimball sent me an order asking for confirmation taking the price fro $19.99 to $120+. They added 11 additional items suck as a flute and yo yo. This ir criminal and they should be held accountable. Its time to clean house. I contact the online help but it was not what they wanted to hear and faile to respond after asking for details. I am in a wheel chair and my old phone was set up three years ago and seldom used. I dropped service from straight talk and purchased a new sim card from walmart. Three of their phone activation people will not validate who I am and they all read from a script. The want to send me an email that is no longer valid. They will not update my email address. They keep asking for a 4 digit pin number which I do not have, They keep asking for the old sim card number. That sim card had not number on it. The keep asking fo any phone number used in the last 6 month.I seldom use the phone to call thus this is not possible. The phone is used for emergencies only. Tracephone sucks. MAJOR USAF
