I ordered the Junji Ito Loot Crate on July 9th, understanding it would only ship in October. On November 1st, I emailed them. They apologized, said it would ship no later than November 15th. November 16th came, no shipping information... so I emailed them again, they apologized again and said there was some difficulty acquiring the curated items or something to that effect. They assured me it would ship in December. Well, it's almost January, and I have not heard from them, nor have I received tracking information.

Had I seen the reviews here before I ordered that crate, I wouldn't have gotten it. I couldn't help but tell them these were poor business practices... not to inform the client of shipping delays prior to the shipping delay, and not to offer the opportunity to cancel. If you live in the U.S. there are laws protecting people from this sort of thing (16 C. F. R.). Unfortunately, I live in Canada and I am looking into what actions I can take legally. Luckily, I had canceled the charge for box 2 before it was renewed. Will update if there are any changes. I'm hoping it will come in, but after doing more research, I'm concerned that I just burned $ and I'll never receive the goods paid for.

I tried Colourpop years ago when they were fresh on the scene and they only had a few individual eye colors. They've since expanded to skincare and limited edition products. I recently purchased some items from the Sailor Moon Collection, the Powerpuff Girls Collection, the Lizzie McGuire Collection and the Hello Kitty Collection. The packaging is super cute! I love the formulas they use for their color cosmetics - the HK lip balms, for instance, go on smooth and have a nice little pop of color. The Sailor Moon glitters are to die for and I got some beauty tools for my facial routine as well - the cooling globes and the eye roller. I have not been disappointed by Colourpop -- beautiful presentation / packaging, high quality products and consistency at the right price. I am always excited to see new collections coming from this brand. The box is great. I'm impressed with how much it comes with - I definitely feel the value is worth what you pay. The box mostly consists of snacks and treats. My first box had enough tea for two small 4 oz. Cups or one 8 oz. Mug. The snacks have interesting, different, unique tastes and textures. I savored each treat, enjoying one or 2 at a time, stretching the experience over weeks. Each day, I looked forward to the next treat. It ships to Canada via DHL and arrives in just a few days. Great customer service. I initially signed up for 1 month at a time, then signed up for 3 months after I received my first box. I was then charged for 1 month after being charged for the 3 months - I thought the 3 month subscription would replace the monthly subscription, but each is a separate subscription. They are refunding me for the 1 month charge. They will refund you if the box has not shipped.

I just got my first box ~ the Sakura Beauty Spa Vol. 50 March 2021 box ~ and I could not be more happy! The box is $35 usd per month, and the website makes it super easy to edit your subscription. The final charge for me was $47.49 usd - I live in Canada, so it's a bit more with the currency conversion, but I would order again. Their theme this month was Sakura bath / spa time! I love and will use everything in this box - you can also give the items as gifts if you have no use for them. The packaging is all so beautiful, and the colors are very sweet and soft. I think it would make a fantastic gift for a teen or youth getting into makeup or for anyone who loves beauty products. I also WON one of their contests for a free box, so I'm super excited about that! Each month, the box has a theme - check the website / social media to find out the theme for the month you're subscribing. They also offer a ton of promotions - it seems there is a code for free product(s) every month - I received a bonus product in my box because I used a promotional code. They have picture contests and other ways to win entire subscriptions. Give them a try! (:
