Bought over $100 of poor quality wigs that were completely damaged, soaked and some wig packages were opened and tampered with. I immediately contacted their customer service but the phone was disconnected for a few days. When I FINALLY got through, the rude, argumentative representative provided no resolution. I contacted the carrier and opened a case who closed the case in my favor and contacted SamsBeauty to resolve the matter but they declined to respond. Needless to say after 2 MONTHS of back and forth my credit card company credited me the full refund after getting nowhere with Sams, but I will NEVERRRRR do business with them ever again.
