The first issue was my trying to exercise the unlimited revision guarantee they advertise. Come to find out, it only covers typos and spelling errors. To get my changes, I had to pay an additional $149.00. When the files were released from their quality assurance department and sent to KDP and Ingramspark, both companies rejected them because they were not done correctly. A corrected version was sent again to KDP. This time, a listing made it on the KDP website. I wanted a print version to appear on the site, but no electronic version. Instead, they listed an electronic version which I did not want, but no print version. In doing so, they used my ISBN Number that had been assigned to the print version. In order to get KDP to do a print version, I have to purchase another ISBN number and that will cost an additional $125.00. The problem is they will not issue a new number to a book that has the same title. There is no point to elaborate on the slowness of their responses to emails other than to say that it takes forever. They do not have a phone number that will allow a customer to contact a service representative. STAY AWAY!
