My cushion covers are a perfect fit and I'm very impressed with the quality. As for customer service, I made an error in my order, but the process to edit the order was super simple and the problem was quickly resolved. The time from placing the order to delivery was less than two weeks, outstanding for made to order items. I could not be happier.
