Received order today one item was missing parts and the price dropped by $22 since I ordered and received it. Called customer support and told that it would be 3-5 business days before I hear anything back on the missing parts and that I cannot get a refund on the price as the item is clearanced out. Problem is the direct link and the product page do not mention it being on clearance at all. It is only in the search results that it lists this and then you have to hunt through their return page to find out that they will not accept returns or price matches...Terrible and will never deal with them again!
