Awful and insulting customer service resulting in being spammed with comments such as "UK THIEF" "POOR UK BEGGAR" and my personal favourite, wishing my mother death in Chinese. I'm not sure the customer service rep knows of the existence of google translate.
Ignoring that emails referred to me as "Dear" and trying to use PayPal as their own returns policy, the item took a long time and of course I realised too late it was coming from China. Then apparently it was delivered but there was nothing at all on the doorstep as claimed.
When I asked for a refund from my bank, which the customer service rep ensured me was my safety net, I was spammed with the above abusive messages as well as saying it's my problem so I should contact the courier which is absolutely NOT the case.
This is not a company anyone should go near and they have no idea how to conduct business.
Ive uploaded the images of the emails but I'm holding onto them too just incase it's needed and for the comedy factor.
I hope I never have to hear from "Andy" ever again.
