DO NOT USE THEM - When arrived the headphones where faulty (left ear not working). Was told to return product at cost which would be refunded once received. Cost of Headphones refunded :) - BUT not received the refund for the postage (£20) :( - which was agreed in an email and their terms. Have chased multiple times and now not responding. Now in the process of getting back through the bank/PayPal
Tip for consumers:
Based in Hong Kong - so any issue with the product is a mission to get sorted and ends up costing you money for something that is not your fault!
