I had goonies guy as my profile pic. And had the hottest 20 year old chicks hit on me and ask me if I would live them. Lol. I'm 60, advanced degree and have no problem getting a woman. I just wanted to see how shady this place was. Not an unattractive woman on the site. They all look like models. I asked a few of them I was messaging to write my name on a piece of paper and hold it up to her face so I knew it was her. She kept asking me if I wanted to see her naked and I said no, I want to see that pic first with my name on it. She never gave it, none of them did. I swear this is a prostitution ring where the "dates" actually do all they can to keep you talking and spending money. Do a solid favor to yourself and stay away from here! If my profile pics got my inbox full of hot women who want me to love them, they have me confused for a sucker. Save your money, this place is a clear scam

You can say what you want Amour Factory, but clearly you cant have that many "models" who swarm on anyone the second they are online, no matter what you put in your profile, the swarm is the same and it is clearly a sweat-shop type arrangement with the sole purpose of getting suckers to continue talking to the girls who they think really have interest in them, which they wont. Why don't you show you are legit (you vetted them, why cant the token buyers vet them?) All it would take is if the one they are talking too, can have proof it is them they are talking too, buy sending a pic of their name or something next to their face? That would make sense and prove you aren't a scam site, because you are and wont do this simple step because you have only so many "Stock photos" of the models to share and it's further proof that the ladies they think they are talking too aren't the actual ones they are talking too. This would make it more legitimate. They talk perfect English, and when I asked them to do this step, suddenly they seem to not understand my request. I offered to put their name on a piece of paper, take a picture of it, to show it's me, but they sure cant reciprocate which clearly screams SCAM. Do you understand this? Or do you suddenly not understand English either? It is a legitimate and simple request to prove you are who you say you are, and will prove you aren't just out for members money. Lets see if you step up and recommend this step to the sweat-shop "employees" that they should do this step. I bet you wont because it will expose the scam you are running. Shame on you

SupportTeam A. – AmourFactory Rep

Dear Kevin,

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback.

First of all, I would like to point out that we are very serious about our integrity and security, as our main goal is to create a safe space for communication and exploring new cultures and ideas. That’s why we have carefully crafted a lengthy and strict process of verification, which allows us to stop any ill-intended people from even creating a profile on our website.

We are a platform for communication and most of the members are more interested in having conversations/chats with people without paying attention to your appearance and how you look like. They send you messages to set up an initial contact and see how it goes.

Please note we can not force to person to send a photo/video to someone as it is their free will to do so and we should respect that.
We have a possibility to arrange meetings with members face to face so we know there are no fake profiles there.

Our validated members' profiles are verified twice.
Firstly, our Regional Partner gathers and verifies the personal background information, ID, and other documents of the user as well as uploads a verification video where the user gives his/her consent to use our Website.
The second step of the verification procedure is held by our Moderation Team after the Regional Partner creates a new user’s profile.
In order to verify the user’s identity, we ask the following:
A valid passport/national ID document;
A verification video where the user, holding the ID in their hands, declares the current date and confirms that he/she wants to use the service.
Double verification helps us to make sure that all users registered on the Website of their own free will.
If we have doubts about the authenticity of documents or the user's consent to be registered on our Website, we notify the Partner. Should the Partner fail to prove that there are no problems with that, we decline registration on the Website.

Because of the abovementioned steps, we can be sure that there is no scam or fraud on our website. We do not tolerate it and we are against it.
However, if you feel like you’ve encountered any suspicious activity while using our service or inappropriate questions from members as you mentioned above, we would be more than happy to assist you in such a case.

Please kindly contact us via support@amourfactory.com and we will be glad to clarify any situations with you!

Best regards,
AmourFactory Customer Support
