Great Prices but no communication in shipping. Didn't receive any shipping information. Waited 2 weeks and had to call for any updated information. Never heard from shipping department but did receive a call back from customer service that they would look into the matter. Waited another 4 days and finally received word ( after UPS had already delivered the product to me that morning) that the product had shipped out and should be arriving any day. Not a big deal but enough to question whether or not to order from them again. Product did come in good packaging with no damage. KH
