Sent us 2 ECUs over the course of 2 months, neither of which actually worked. Finally just asked for a refund. The refund took over a month and I got it only after I filed a complaint with the credit card company. They also refused to returned the original ECU so I was out a core charge. Also, could rarely get anyone to answer the phone and they never returned emails.
Tip for consumers: Can never get a hold of them on the phone and they don't answer emails.
