I bought a set of rotors for my sons car that their catalog showed would fit his car. When they arrived I knew right away they where way to big so I went back online to double check and confirm I didn't make a mistake. I contacted rockauto for a return as this was their mistake. They took no responsibility and made me pay return shipping cost as well. NEVER again will I order from rockauto. I hope this review helps even one person. Rock auto I hope that 15.00 was well worth losing myself and family & friends business.

Our website states that we stand behind our products and should you receive anything damaged or not up to your expectations, we issue a full refund - all you have to do is contact Customer Service and let us know so we can reship or refund the product. Please email us directly at Support@filtersfast.com and let them know you received a damaged filter and would like either a replacement or a refund to be issued.
