This is the most terrible experience I have had all through 30 years of travelling and renting cars:
1- No Payless counter in terminal, and Payless is serviced by far away from the exit hall Budget counter where is a small A4 paper invisible there to tell you they deal with Payless.
2- Very very very rude Filipina lady sitting there that telling you all the time, and in response to any quistion, she is not working with Payless and just Budget is a third party agent, she refused at the start to call Payless to clear issues and refused to provide their phone number, she was soooooo rude in talking and acting.
3- I had the confirmation of my booking with a total price of 63.3 $ (around 240 AED) and with limitted to 100 km/ day milage option but she calculated total of 550 AED saying that there are hidden charges that Expedia do not mention (I took a better car from Hertz of the next counter and for just 211 AED with a free milage and without any drop off to other location or any other charges like the one she wanted me to pay.
4- Deposit: She asked for 4500 AED and Hertz deposit was only 1500 AED.
There are no words to describe that lady there, thanks God I have manged to control my nerves.
