I purchased a product that was expired. They did everything to make sure I gave up. Thieves. Out $145.
Tip for consumers: Skin store sent me an expired product. Their phone customer service has a recording and then hangs up. Live chat had me filing in lots of info then it would vanish. I did it twice and then just gave up they did everything to avoid a refund. Now I’m out $145. Buyer beware—they are thieves. It’s a family business so I guess it runs in the family.
