I ordered shoes in the wrong size and contacted them right away after placing the order, within 30 minutes. The customer service rep said they could not cancel it, but rest assured I could return the shoes for a refund. Well, I returned the shoes and it's been two weeks since they've processed my return. I understand it's the holiday time, but my gripe is their inability to cancel an order immediately and now making me wait for my refund. How much energy was lost because they could not simply cancel an order that was placed in less than an hour? This is a Nike company, so you're telling me that their software or procedures does not allow this?
They are quick to ship, so if you know exactly what you want and don't think you'll be returning items, then the site is fine.
