So Virgin has roaming plans that you can select through the app. When selecting and purchasing your plan, the first step is to enter which country you're going to to get data for that country. I purchased different data packs a month apart for two different countries. I bought 20 GB valid for a month for the US, and 4 GB valid for a week for Nigeria. While in Nigeria I realised that the app was using my 20 GB pack and when reaching out was told that the country you select doesn't matter, that the app just uses whichever you purchased first. It also kept saying that the 4gb pass was the active one, but it used the other. So now for a short trip it used the larger month long data pack which will now expire in two weeks and I've wasted 400 dirhams because their roaming packages are deceptively sold on the app. DO NOT USE VIRGIN.

UPDATE: You might see that they have responded to my review here, I emailed and they never responded! So it's a false message, they're just trying to look like they care and are working on it.

Do not use MakeMyTrip! I've had just the absolute worst experience with them. I booked some flights through them over the summer, one of which was made in-operational causing me to miss an entire international trip. At the time and for months after they reassured and guaranteed me that I would receive a full refund for the flights that were cancelled and that I then missed as a result--after which I was also forced to purchase brand new tickets. For three months they kept reassuring me of the refund and saying they needed more time to hear back from the airlines. I just started applying more pressure and have just found out that I won't actually receive the promised refund, but that I will receive the same trip's tickets with now less than a year to use them as MakeMyTrip took so long to make anything happen. This is a trip I won't be able to make, so it's all wasted. DO NOT USE THEM.
