I bought my phone from the mobile base through Newegg. It was a lemon. Newegg sent them an email on March 1 and I sent them a follow up on march 6. I had to request a refund on March 8 for them to contact me to begin the refuse process. I requested an extension since requesting a refund was the only way to get ahold of them and they granted me an extra two days.
I would recommend not doing business with them.
