I have purchased a trial period of 14 days and paid for it. However I was not aware that although I have paid for it, that my credit card will be charged for a month period. I contacted the customer support and agent Nathalie has understood my problem, checked my case, reviewed and said that the refund request has been approved.
She was very polite, concise and clear. The refund request was solved in one minute!
