Rented some carnival games that were very old and had broken and missing pieces. For example, I pointed out the broken dart and the fact there were only three for the entire game the driver told me that was how it was supposed to be. Additionally, the company wanted to drop off the games 5 hours before I had reserved it, called me three times to ask if they could drop it off when it was convenient for the driver. The office person April hung up on me once in exasperation. After the rental as over, we waited two hours for the driver to come pick up the rentals. This was after calling several times. I am baffled that renting two concession machines and 5 old carnival games cost $500. It was not worth that price. I regret doing business here.
