Utah Bouncin Bins

Great experience! I've always set them up myself and it was a welcomed relief to have it all taken care of. They came early to set up, including plugging in equipment with extension cords that they brought, and hooking up the water hoses for our wet slides. My only feedback is that I wish I would have know, prior to the party and set up, that the double lane slip n slide requires two water hoses. We were able to run to home depot and grab a water hose splitter so all worked out.

We love renting from Utah Bouncin Bins. We love that they set up and tack down. This allows us to focus on the other party planning items. The 18 ft screener was a big hit for all ages 4-18 which was the age range of the children at this event.

The circle merry go round was larger than we were expecting. It still very fun. This was an outside - our 10 - 15 mile winds pushed it down a few times. I don't think we would have had this problem with the square design ones.

I got my 7 year old one of the bounce house / obstacles. Let me just say everyone who came loved it birthday boy and guest stayed inside the whole time very pleased. I'll be ordering with bouncin bins again thank you so much Norma for all the help also to the nice gentleman who delivered & picked up was very nice and professional. I'll for ever be a loyal customer thanks agian bouncin bin team.

Very efficient front office staff they were able to answer all my questions as I was using them for the first time- the day of set up Christian and his helper were very efficient on the phone letting me know where they were and approximate time when they would be at my location both for set up and take down -the item that we rented was extremely clean. I was very impressed by that- I highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Bouncing Bins. Customer service was outstanding. The representatives made sure we were set up for our charity event with no issues. The only issue I had was communication with the attendant. I needed the wall facing North and due to the language barrier, the attendant did not understand what I was requesting. The sun was so intense, we were unable to use the easy climb because that side of the wall was too hot.

The process of booking online was super simple. The communication was also stellar. They called 2 days before the event to confirm all the details and then also sent a text notification the day of the event to confirm. I did the self-setup and it was pretty simple. The bounce house is VERY heavy, so make sure to have a dolly handy, but other than that super simple setup. We took advantage of their weekend rental and my kids (and neighbors) enjoyed it all weekend after the actual party.

Rented some carnival games that were very old and had broken and missing pieces. For example, I pointed out the broken dart and the fact there were only three for the entire game the driver told me that was how it was supposed to be. Additionally, the company wanted to drop off the games 5 hours before I had reserved it, called me three times to ask if they could drop it off when it was convenient for the driver. The office person April hung up on me once in exasperation. After the rental as over, we waited two hours for the driver to come pick up the rentals. This was after calling several times. I am baffled that renting two concession machines and 5 old carnival games cost $500. It was not worth that price. I regret doing business here.

Helpful when making selections and placing order. Delivery & setup to the park were on time as scheduled. Attendants were courteous and aware of kid's activities going on around them. Inflatables and generators worked the entire time without any issues. Very good experience for our employees and their families.

The obstacle course we ordered kept the kids happily entertained for hours at our family reunion. And at a good price. The set up was done promptly and efficiently by a couple of very courteous workers. I hesitiate to give a five star because the website is a little tricky to navigate and the search feature didn't work at all, even though I had the exact name of the obstacle course we wanted to rent. But it was worth it.

This was a great company to work with! Very helpful and informative over the phone and through email and text after booking. They came early to set up, which was very quick as well as take down. The bouncy house and water slide combo was extremely clean when it arrived. The kids enjoyed it for hours.

The rental process was mostly easy. They were nice and offered us a nonprofit discount. During our event the train kept breaking down and the train carts kept falling off. It was not a great experience and I would not recommend anyone rent the train. We are all volunteers so to spend so much money on something that didn't work well when that money could have gone to our cancer kiddos is very disappointing.

We LOVED our slide it was the perfect size for our 7 year old's birthday party! Loved the pick up and drop off times which were so convenient and we enjoyed the extra days of use! Our kids wanted to keep it. We also got a cotton candy machine, the cones and flavor for free for being a returning client! The workers were very helpful, kind and quick during pick up and drop off.

Note: these slides are HEAVY! If you choose to transport on your own, have 4-6 men, a tractor or a forklift handy! It was a bear to pack back up and load in the truck.

Everything was very clear and organized. I had no worries about the process the entire time.

Everything went exactly as promised and planned. It was so easy! The delivery people were just as pleasant as the Assistant who answered the phone. I highly recommend Bouncin' Bins and will use them again for all of my summer time activities.

Bouncing Bins was great to work with. We miss calculated our sizing and they were a huge help last minute to get us the right bounce house that would fit in our space. We will be using them again no doubt!

Arrived on time on placed both bounce houses where we asked. Take down was also done on time without any issues.
Snow cone machine worked great, and our guest really enjoyed.

The product we ordered was perfect for our son's graduation party. The delivery was perfect with no hassles setting it up and the customer service was excellent.

This is the second time I've rented from Bouncin' Bins. Two things that might discourage me from using them in the future: 1) the automatic gratuity for the driver, who should be tipped but who should also just be paid properly for all the hard work. 2) The three hour window which turns out to be too short. Once you pay to rent it, it should be a whole day rental. Otherwise the experience has been seamless and pleasant.

We loved that we could rent the water slide on Friday and return it on Monday morning. You all were very helpful getting it into my truck and the set up was easy straightforward. Everyone at my party was so surprised at what I paid for what I received.

Called to get the remainder of our equipment installed on our slide. Was suppose to have sprays down the middle area. We have used your company for many years, very disappointed in the response. Did not pick up the equipment at the end of the rental and left it on the front lawn til mid day. We have always loved using your company but with your price increase, it was disappointing that your service was not as good as in the past.

Everything went perfect, they set up early and took down on time. Really happy and made the 12 years party a blast!

Experience was great. The bounce house was amazing pick up and drop off were perfect on time and did everything they said they would do. I did feel the price was a little high but overall it was a great experience!
