I sent message Henry from Affluenttrade, He replIed and explain that he is assigned in finance Department, despite he is off work on that moment he replied to my concern.
Thanks Henry! Even though you can do nothing on what happened to my account you give your time and effort. This is good to clients and to company you work with. I do understand if he doesn't want to reply or to anyone if they are off from their work, you cannot force them to assist with your concern. Thanks
