In ordered bag decided i didn't want to keep it. Retuned requesting a refund. 2 weeks later received same item telling me the the tags weren't attached. I have sent them pictures of the same exact item in the same exact packaging with exact same tags in exact same place and can not receive a response from them. As much money as this company makes, I have no idea why they are giving me such a hard time about refunding my money. I don't recommend and will not shop there again.
Tip for consumers:
Just don’t recommend shopping with any business that gives you a hard time about returning your money especially after you patronize their business so often. It’s not fair.
