First time potentially ordering online. I called the customer service line and was barely greeted by a young woman and it was like pulling teeth to get her to talk. I asked about how to ship items to a store, as the default is shipping to your home online. She gave me the wrong information and I ended up giving up. Also, a 20-day refund is not competitive as other stores offer 30,60 day returns. I'm not sure why they think they are above them all. They will not be getting my business, ever.
