To be honest, it is very inconvenient!
They require you some private informations in order to proceed it when your residential area and payment channel doesn't match with their data.
Cannot risk giving my personal info just for some game card purchase.
Also, misleading product information.
They say that codes will be automatically delivered but in actual, you need to contact their CS live support.
Refund is not also easy as they also require private data.
My payment was accepted easily but refunding it will eat your time and effort.
CS Live Chat is also not helping. They reply fast but it's like they don't care.

Have gotten back my money for around 2weeks.
Transaction might be smooth if your IP add location matches your payment channel.
Still would not recommend purchasing here if your data doesn't match (IP add location x Payment channel location)
CS Live support response is fast but expect that they might not understand long English sentences.
