Their return policy gives you seven days and it arrived late. I won't deal with them again because there is no phone number and I could not get any help even to exchange the dress that didn't fit. It's fine for them to have such a strict policy, but I don't do business with companies who don't return emails and don't have a phone contact

Tip for consumers:
Don’t. But the item from another retailer who has a reasonable turn around time for returns and a reachable customer service line .
