I booked a transfer through Ryanair.com from Glasgow Prestwick to Glasgow City Center! After 24hours I received the following message:
We have inactivated your PlusAirportline bus transfer because we noticed that one of your flight is not covered by our bus timetable.
Please note that since the valid timetable was given on Ryanair's website during the booking we cannot be responsible for making a wrong booking and no refund can be made. In accordance with our Terms&Conditions from now on you have a credit equal to the orignially paid amount to be used for PlusAirportline services within a year or can be given to someone else.
IF THEY CANNOT OFFER THE SERVICE THEN A REFUND MUST BE GIVEN!
They will not offer a solution nor give me the purchased service. I am sure that this Rip-off is in compliance with Ryanair (I am still surprised, how can a company damage their reputation for such a low amount of money?), but I would have prefered a more honest way of charging me 6,68 Euros more (instead of dishonestly offering something they won't fulfill).
