I hadn't received any information after order placed for weeks so follow up on line. Email had been sent but unfortunately went to spam.
I then had a confirmation email nearly every day to do more measurements, this became very frustrating. In the end I followed up on line to get the items started.
Once production was started they were made up quickly and delivery was quicker than expected.
They where the only company I could find which could make up the covers at a reasonable price
