Really appreciated help from Christine P, my customer service support person, who helped me navigate a cancellation on my subscription. I cancelled because I found a new job 24 months ago (thanks to Ladders) but no longer need the service since I'm quite happy in my new role. Christine walked me through the process which included my account which has/had two different email addresses. Big thanks to Christine and Ladders!
