Order process efficient, delivery was slower than advised however could not make any changes once order placed
I called, emailed, text with chatbot within a minute of placing order, then repeatedly followed up for 4 days leaving messages and further emails then told via chatbot that order was in process so no changes could be made, followed up email again and received same result. My order was placed on a Sunday with my email following immediately from receipt of order confirmation noting error. Had my email been read the error would easily have been fixed unfortunately as no customer service provided ended up with a well made cover that is unsuitable , disappointing
