I love it! It is not exactly a diet, it's a whole new lifestyle. It teaches you how to properly count how much calories you need and what to eat. It also contains interesting, fast and high intensity workouts which are great for us busy people.
After I had my baby, it's too time consuming to workout. I lost a lot of baby weight just by dieting, around 20lbs, but I was always hungry. I didn't know how much calories I needed. "The 3-week diet" helped me to lose another 6 lbs even before the 3 weeks ended. Only 5lbs to go. Highly recommended!
